Research and Practice of the Training Mode of Agricultural Talents on School-enterprise Cooperation

The rapid development of agricultural economy exacerbates the competition that the agricultural and animal husbandry enterprises compete for high-skilled talents. The contradiction of the agricultural talent supply and demand is increasingly outstanding. The cultivation model of school-enterprise cooperation high-skilled talents can solve this problem effectively. The article can highlight advantage of the in-depth development in agricultural talents cultivation of school-enterprise cooperation by analyzing the characteristics of agricultural talent employment and the existing problems, and taking Agricultural University of Hebei for example, we discuss agricultural colleges and enterprises cooperation innovation mode of Cultivating High-skilled talents.
